HERZA is one of the few chocolate manufacturers to produce its own cocoa mass in a long and complex process. That enables us to guarantee a consistently high quality standard.
In addition to this we see our biggest challenge in creating a constant stream of new shapes and sizes. Not only can our customers choose from our wide existing range; they can place orders for individual products too. Our applications technologists take care that our products have the desired functional properties, depending on how they are to be used, and thus make sure they offer the greatest possible enjoyment.
